I bought this week's Jump as well, and as expected, there's absolutely nothing about HxH in it (except for the weekly anime preview), so hold your horses, guys... =_=;  As long as there's no official announcement in Jump, there's absolutely nothing going on with Togashi, so don't believe any random rumors online unless they can cite a legit source. ^^;

It did come with another ticket to apply for the seiyuu talk events at Jump Festa, so I sent in another two cards for that, one for the HxH one on the 22nd and another for ... something Tenipuri? I'm actually still not sure what that is, other than that it involves meeting a seiyuu of your choice and receiving some special goods from them...? Maybe that's all there really is to it, and apparently only 100 people get to do it per seiyuu so the chance is really small, but as I said before, it can't hurt to at least try. I applied for Kaida Yuki, which is actually on the 21st, which means that I'll HAVE to go 2 days if I were to win it... ^^;

Finally got my JLPT test voucher as well! I'm so glad they at least got my address right, else I would've paid the examination fees for nothing... Despite this university being one of the official test sites, the one that I'm assigned to is some random "University of Electro-communications" in Chofu?  Ok... ^^;   I don't really like going to Chofu because it's so inconvenient... The options are 1) walk there directly in 30~40 minutes or 2) Walk for 20 minutes to the train station, be on the train for 3 minutes and then walk 10 minutes to the university. ^^;  Why is there no direct bus or something...? ^^;  Oh well, depending on the weather, I think I'll just walk... Supposedly it's good for you to walk or bike to an exam site, because it clears up your head.

Speaking of weather, I think I've said it before, but the weather in Japan is so weird... It's like they skipped autumn completely and went straight from summer to winter. >w<  Last week we still had temperatures around 20 degrees, but now we're suddenly around 5 degrees at night and up to 11 during the day... Which isn't fun when inside temperatures are the same as outside. In class, all the students are wearing thick winter coats even while inside too. There's no coat rack at the entrance or anything, everyone just walks into class wearing their winter gear. It looks so weird to me, coming from a country where central heating is the norm inside of buildings. ^^;

But I still don't want to waste energy (=electricity bill) by turning on the heater in my room all the time while the heat will fly straight outside again anyways (Can you believe they don't even have double-pane glass here!? o_o; And one of my entire walls pretty much consists of glass... It makes the heater totally useless... ) , so I pretty much migrated to the library's study room during the day, where they at least have some free heating.

I have to say that I'm not really impressed by the "4 seasons"  that Japanese people seem to be so proud of... Because to me it seems like there's only 2, summer and winter. X'D
