"Oh there you are, finally," Giles said when the elf finally shimmered into view. "I was beginning to think the invitation got lost in the mail.

Kael'thas stared at the human for what, later, he would consider to be an embarrassingly long pause. Finally he frowned, confused no matter how long he thought on it. "Invitation?"

"Well, business proposition would probably be more accurate, granted..."

"Business proposition," he echoed, feeling more than a little off-balance. "Regarding which business exactly?"
