Ever tried a recipe from a magazine and looked at the pretty picture that the magazine people took? Should turn out well, right?
I think they make those recepes in a parallel universe where the laws of physics are completely different. My version of the recipe looks nothing like the magazine illustration. Is is because I don't have a risotto pan? Or is it because the magazines are made in a parallel universe? Use your own judgment.
The parallel food universe where everything is pretty and shiny....
