Break A Leg!My favorite aspect of the World Cup is the theatrics. You know, like the way that any two players that pass within 70 ft. of one another will immediately drop to the ground, clutch their right knee, and writhe around in unbearable agony -- and then, five seconds later, and completely irrespective of ( Read more... )

The World Cup is Awesome! You shut your mouth! Flopping is bad, but remember they are running around pretty quick and making sharp runs which puts alot of strain on your legs and an errant knock can do alot of damage.

That said the acting is kinda bad, but I think it goes to how the rest of the world is all about haggling but Americans like just looking at a price tag and seeing the actual price you will pay. Flopping is the haggling of soccer.

Perhaps. I'm always loathe to choose that as a course of action, though. I guess society has sufficiently ingrained the "males aren't supposed to cry" into me.

Okay, um this is too weird so I have to comment on it. Are you sure about the spelling of Michael Delaney, because I work with a Michael Dulany.

That would be crazy weird if it was the same person.

I think the spelling's right. But you could always ask him if he went to Kindergarten in NJ...
