Went out to dinner last night with Kate, Bo, Bella, Aaron, and his colleague Garret. We ate at L'Amante, the restaurant Bo works in. YUM. It's a good thing there was a bunch of us, because I wanted to try most of the appetizers and most people are willing to share a bite. Plus, the owners sent out extra complementary apps and desserts, which was very generous! It was delicious. Sadly, the menu has changed and it hasn't been updated on the website yet, so you can't see exactly what they have. Everything was really good--I particularly recommend the Mistress cocktail and the chocolate mousse thingy with espresso whipped cream--if you're in Burlington and want a fabulous meal, go there. I'll definitely be "suggesting" it to my mom for my birthday.
