Greg really liked the tuna noodle casserole so that's two for two. I'm really enjoying the Sunday night cooking-by-myself thing. This Sunday, otherwise known as Super Bowl Sunday, we'll be spending at his brother Steve's house but the week after that, I'm looking to make an enchilada casserole or some such.
Glad I got the digital antennae for my mom last night after all since the bill to delay the digital transition has been defeated by the House. Have not listened to the new Springsteen CD yet but definitely will before the weekend. Halftime show!
The gym has been so crowded this month, it'd almost be healthier to stop and have a beer at the Cork instead. Less stress! Seriously, during the week it's a major pain in the ass lugging my stuff into work to keep it from freezing in the car, parking blocks away and trudging through the snow because the lot is full, staking out a locker, changing inches from the next person without a place to set down your stuff and then using whatever equipment happens to be available rather than what you really want. I can't wait until spring when I (and everyone else) can spend more time participating in physical activity outside. Today after work, Greg is meeting Linda to pick out some new countertop for his kitchen so I'll be using the treadmill over at the student center which will save me a lot of time and frustration before we meet up later for Lost.
Luckily it's been steadily but not overwhelmingly busy as one of my co-workers called in sick (yet again). And the other has such bad gas every afternoon after lunch, I should be receiving combat pay for breathing in the fumes. It makes my nose hair curl. Of course, it always happens right when some bigwig is walking through and I worry that they'll think that I'm the culprit. I mean, really, do you think that nobody is going to notice?
