Random thoughts:
- I've been into Three Dog Night lately, a familiar sound from my parent's parties in the early '70s.
- I gifted the song "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz to Suzanne, Amy and Greg earlier this evening. Thank you, moonspyke!
- Arrested Development isn't as captivating as Lost but I'm re-waching season six of Scrubs on my own and it still makes me laugh.
- The thought that I might be disturbing my neighbors by listening to Neil Diamond too loud also makes me laugh
- With chapter titles "Oops, I Knit It Again" and "Getting Knitty With It", the Stitch 'N' Bitch book checked out from the library earlier looks right up my alley
- Lyle Lovett will be at Stirs on July 17th - I'm so there!
- Stimulus check should arrive by May 30th, just in time for car taxes and insurance to eat up the entire amount.
- Lily is doing even better than expected and may be out of the hospital as soon as Monday.
- I won't be voting in the primary for the first time since I turned 18. I'm an Independent (ie:NP) now, it's rather liberating.
- My mum wants to go to breakfast with Jenni and I on Sunday morning - I don't really want to but feel too guilty with it being Mother's Day and all to say otherwise. No matter how hard I try, all Jenni does is bring me down
- Erik is now the dumbest Survivor ever
- I'd like to thank Josephine for teaching me how to knit. Hobby Lobby gift card?
- Seen some great houses on cbshomes.com though we're not in the market yet
- I've had a lot of pain and numbmess in my left hand/arm for the past two weeks, not sure why. Carpal tunnel? Impending heart attack?
- Have I mentioned the new Stitch 'N' Bitch book?
- Greg had a really bad day at work but said I helped make it better
- Bruce said in a recent email that I was a good person which meant the world to me given all that we've been through. I met him at the house last week to pick up some more of my things, stayed for dinner and we chatted for about two hours. I'm glad that we still get along so well.
