I’ve been burning a lot of vacation time between these various appointments and school, but unfortunately not for “vacation”. Every time I’m away from work, I return to find dozens (surely an exaggeration) of little notes on my desk, including this one:

We are nearly out of ammunition for our howitzer - that is to say our WWII-vintage stapler, meaning the really BIG one.

I’m not sure when I became the Queen of Office Supplies and Equipment but somehow it’s happened. Which reminds me, it's nearly time to tackle the change machine. That ought to be fun.
