The fast was going quite well. I drank nothing but water and tea yesterday. Surprisingly, I didn't get really tired. I felt a little hungry around lunch time and then again at dinner time. But it wasn't anything a little glass of water couldn't cure. I decided to read up on fasting last night. I found this informative website

I decided to break the fast this morning because winter is supposedly not a great time to fast. You're supposed to get lots of fresh air, which I'm definitely not going to get this week, and a lot of sunlight..which I might be able to get today, because my apartment is full of it, but at work I only see the sun for a few minutes when I go in the morning. And you're really not supposed to fast in cold weather. So I'mma go have some breakfast.
It was a good experiment...and I might take to doing it again for two days on a weekend in a few weeks.
My stomach definitely feels better...and I just feel cleaner in general.
Now off to eat and then do my chores.
