ReTale's "Ghost"
We're at work this week, and a customer came up to my boss and asked for something.
She looked at the customer and said" i don't know what that is, if you can tell me what it does we can help you further with where you can find what you're looking for."
Customer pauses, and says, "Well it's a ghost detector."
So she smiles and says, "I'm sorry we don't carry those here."
Customer: "How do you know?"
Boss: " I know. I'm sorry we don't carry those here."
Customer: "But your website says YOU DO carry them here."
Boss..... "What you see is that .com has them. You can order them on .com. Some of that stuff can come to the store, other things can not. But what you're looking for is not something that THIS store carries."
Customer leaves kerfuffled.
