Nothing in life is ever the way you want it to be anonymous March 30 2005, 20:26:12 UTC
Trust me, I know that all too well. You just got to fight with what you got. Thats what ive learned. I know that it may not seem like it, but i care about you steph. I don't usually have a way with words when i'm talk to you, but when i do actually say something, it comes from the heart. It hurts me to hear that you are having trouble, and i just hope that everything works out for the best. I know that you will find what your looking for. You just have to give it time. No matter how far away we are from each other, you can always depend my friendship. Till time ceases to exist.

I know one way to confront loneliness. You can defeat it, like a lot of other fears, by facing it. Nothing drastic (like going to Mexico alone), but small steps could be good. Self-dates. Do something simple that you would usually do with other people...like going to a movie or something. You just go without telling anyone, so you know you'll be alone. The trick is that you know you could be there with other people, but you're choosing not to. By choosing to be alone every now and then, you're training yourself to almost embrace it. I mean, I was lonely a lot in high school and that's how I overcame it. I would go for two or three hour walks and turn down rides from friends along the way (Okay, sometimes I accepted). Then again, I'm weird so I tend to do weird things.

i bet you regret being the nice girl who gave the later presentation date to the absent kid! lol. dont stress over that business plan.

lyme disease sucks, but you're not letting it keep you from going to school and living your life so in my book that makes you one tough cookie.

I know what you mean about school. I almost dropped out like last year, I got reject from the teaching program and were getting not so great grades in sciences and they really stressed me out. I switched majors and i mean its still tought but not as bad that stuff was. I dont love what i do now but i dont hate it like i did the other stuff. I also hate spanish ask ed we took it during the summer i passed with a C and did so much extra credit. I hate langauges its just something i cant do. If you go to mexico dont drink the tap water! i wish you the best of luck with everything. Sorry I wasnt much help but i know how your feeling, if you look at my entries i havent been having the best time either lately... But we gotta keep our heads up like Tupac once said... right before he was shot.
