well today was a very very exciting day kinda, after a long night last night of substance abusing me and ryan woke up after 3 hours of sleep and went and worked out which obviously was a lotta fun. then cait, anthiny, heidi, sarah, and of course em went out to eat at leo's which was very tasty. and then the best part of the night came when it was time for me and cait to go back to my house and use up the 3 condoms we bought (there is a rule u can not leave condoms unused so we followed the rule and used them all) she ended up stayin till like 12 which was great fun and now i am back missin her really bad, poor old derek but i will live
