Vroom Vroom! or whatever noise it is that a vaccum cleaner makes...

I finally bought a new Vaccum cleaner! The situation was bordering on desperate. The dust bunnies were about to revolt I tell you! (Total world domination!). I realize that some people don't mind dust bunnies, and if they were all like the ones in My Neighbor Totoro I wouldn't mind either. My bunnies however, were more closely resembling were-rabbits. My newest cleaning utensil is soooo nice though. It cleans so very well. It took me a day to realize this however. Within the first hour of using it I accidently sucked up a dusting cloth and broke the belt. So, I had to buy a new one and have been extremely happy with it ever since. So much so in fact that when my mother called me at about seven o' clock in the morning yesterday, I embarassingly had to admit that I had indeed been vaccuming...

In other news, the puppies have to go this weekend or else!!! I found one of them using the chicken as a chew toy. And while the chicken was basically unharmed, he shook pretty violently for awhile. I am no great fan of chickens personally, but having your butt chewed on by a teething puppy? That's just plain rude. Besides, the chicken was here first.

I'm almost finished with The Long Dark Tea Time of the Soul By Douglas Adams. Humor and writing style aside, that guy sure knows how to pace a story. At least that's this girlsopinion. In an alternate universe I might have been just like Dirk Gently. That is if I had been borna man, a man without all my annoying inhibitions. Something in my subconscious really relates to him...
