Yesterday I was very unfair, in that I suggested that a list of random missing items in my house was caused by some kind of evil plan on the part of the cats. I wholly retract this, for I have found the truth.
I was looking for said items in a box of stuff when I discovered exhibit a:
See, a pretty pendant with the Mages' Guild logo on it. But - wait - what's this lammie..?
This appears to be master mage Dargon's item, and it's marked as 'bonded'. AFAIK this means it can't be removed from its owner. This worries me, because it implies Dargon is somewhere in our attic, under the piles of crap. So either he's alive and scavenging items from round the house, or he's dead and will start to stink up the place soon. Umm... ...has anyone seen Dargon recently..?
