The joys of going to school
So I'm working on my master's degree. I had figured I would add to my bachelor's which was Global Business Management (I know,I know, shoot me now). Fortunately, I chose a Master's with a direction that I had hoped had growth potential, that of Information Systems. The plan being I could bridge the gap between business groups and IT departments. I'll let you know how it turns out in 10 months, when I graduate.
The weekend was boring. Just studied and did homework, and watched my cats play with their new drinkwell. It's a nifty little machine, that circulates water, so the water doesn't stagnate or just sit, and it even has a cool little stream that the water pours from. The cats like it, but Pete takes his insanity one step further. He likes to drink it, and even goes so far as to dunk his head under the stream. This freaks him out, however, and sends him running around the room, trying to get all the water off. He does this a few times a day. As I said earlier...he's not a smart cat. Of course, he also wakes me up at 2am for petting, and I give in, so maybe he's smarter than I give him credit for.
I did go see Watchmen. Not bad, but I really think I should have read the book first. I've ordered it, so once i read it, maybe that'll clear up a few things the movie didn't.
And...umm...that's about it for now.
