Had a good day at the gym. Ripped out a hard ten minute warm up on the treadmill, then hit the floor for some
hanging leg raises. I do three sets of 10, using arm slings, once or twice a week. Today, I got my knees to tap my elbows seven times in the first set, six times in the second, and three times in the last!!! Wow! My best so far was five in the first, and then only once in the second, and none in the third. Kick ass!! Did Wayne's Ab Trifecta and some oblique crunches, then saw that Wayne was between clients. I wanted him to pinch my inches, so I chased him down. About three months ago, I was at 39.7% body fat. A month later, 37.5%. Today?? 32.5!!!!! Woohoo!!!!! So, we went to Applebee's for dinner to celebrate. Steak and baked potato, baby!! lol
