I had mostly pleasant Guests last night. When you have a night like that it makes the night go so much faster and it's like you aren't even at work. I had a group of ladies come up and thank for the dining recommendation. It had a guy write down my name because I helped him and his family get a different room, he says his wife likes to call and give compliments as opposed to complaints. I love when people do that, typically they are people who used to work in similar customer service type jobs. It makes up for all the idiots who have no idea what it's like to work for people like them. ;) I also helped a grandpa plan a day at the Magic Kingdom for his family. The one weird moment of the day is when I had a man get angry at me that I don't have a brochure on the monorail, he was red-faced angry when I told him that there wasn't one but I could answer all of his questions. Yikes.
