What's for dinner?
We had chicken tikka masala... made oh so much easier by the nice people at Patak's who put the sauce in cans for me.
Last weekend at the store I was channeling my mother and bought minute rice instead of my usual... not minute rice... because they didn't have any big bags of Uncle Bens (I've bought others and had it turn out pretty funky (think mashed potato rice) no matter how closely I followed the instructions).
I don't think I approve.
