Hey All:
I know, I know, I haven't posted in a long time. I have been glued to the TV for the last week and a half to the TV watching the Winter Olympic Games in Torino, Italy. So far, I am pretty underwhelmed. Not by the performace of the American Athletes, but by the Italian Games themselves. They seem to be pretty boring. As far as the American performaces, overall, I am very pleased with how we are doing. Yes, it would have been great had we won some medals in Alpine Skiing and Luge and Bobsled, however I am very impressed with how closely all the countries are in the medal count. Also, this is the best performing Winter Olympic Team the USA has had outside of the United States ever. That counts for something.
In other news, J is getting a lot more aclimated to his new job. He really loves it which makes me happy that he is so happy with his job. He has worked so hard for so long to find something that he enjoys that it is really nice to hear him talk about all of these cool things when he comes home from work everyday. I see a spark in his eyes when he talks about nursing that I haven't seen in a long time, and I know that this is the right job for him. Now, the big thing, I need to find the job that is right for me. I have some ideas as to what I what I want to do, but its just acting on them and trying to get motivated to pursue it.
Anyway, thats about it for now, will write more soon.
