OOOH Charlaine Harris is going to be at D*C this year! She writes the Sookie Stackhouse vampire series that I've been reading! (For those non-readers, the True Blood tv series on HBO is based on that) Woot! Not sure if we are going yet, but if so, I'd definitely go check her out. :D

This weekend I finished reading the teen vampire love novel Twilight by Stephanie Meyer. I had it on my shelf for about a year and didn't pick it up until I was in a vampire book mood. I get those moods every now and then. Probably why I have read all those Anne Rice novels, Stpehen King's Salem's Lot, etc., and other assorted horror paperbacks. I ( Read more... )
