Free Workouts on the Internet - From the Military!

I'm always on the lookout for good free stuff on the internet. Now that we got rid of our cable, we've been watching the streaming CBS nightly news on the internet, and catching almost all of our favorite shows on Hulu.

So how can I find a good workout show for free? Every place I had looked at, had only clips of workouts. Nothing that could get me

That looks interesting. I wonder if I could burn them onto a DVD. I'm home-Internet deprived, mostly.

I was looking at it, and on the right/middle there is a icon that says Video Download. I clicked that and it gives you the option to save as a WMV video on pc and I think also on the mac as well. So, yeah, it looks like you could burn it to a DVD to watch at home. I may try a few of these to see how it goes. I am looking for lots of cheap ways to get in shape.
