Free Workouts on the Internet - From the Military!

I'm always on the lookout for good free stuff on the internet. Now that we got rid of our cable, we've been watching the streaming CBS nightly news on the internet, and catching almost all of our favorite shows on Hulu.

So how can I find a good workout show for free? Every place I had looked at, had only clips of workouts. Nothing that could get me sweaty and count as a workout. Until I found the pentagon website that has a tv series called "Fit for Duty". This is a really good, well planned exercise show with different instructors each time. I like the variety and that it isn't so cutesy. The military instructors are a good combination of upbeat, yet serious about fitness. I think it is worth a look, and if you are trying to get in shape, this may be a good option for you. We have a media center computer, so I just watch this on my big tv, although you could do it on a laptop, or even if you have space by your computer.
