scary dream
So last night I had a dream that was not terrifying but one of the scarier ones I've had in a long while. It started out that I was just walking around this field that had a bunch of shit all over it - old cars and trailers and junk. Then I see this old house that looks abandoned so I get excited because I love exploring old houses. I go in and I'm just walking around looking at everything and suddenly this guy starts screaming at me from a little bit away and he has a gun. He was shorter than me with long black wavy hair and was maybe in his late 30's and he had a beard. He's screaming at me to get off his property. I tried to tell him I was sorry and I would leave and then he shoots at me. He shot me in the leg but I think it was a BB gun or something because it hurt really bad but it felt like it just ricocheted off my leg. So at this point I am freaked out and really afraid. I'm trying to get myself out of this house as fast as I can and he just keeps pointing his gun at me threatening to kill me. Then there was a sleazy girl in the back round - I assume his whore of a girlfriend - and she's encouraging him to shoot me. Things calmed down a little because he seemed to be convinced I would leave quickly so he told me to get out. I was limping and trying to get out as fast as I could. I started going back through the house the way I came and his girlfriend starts screaming that I am just going back in the house so he started freaking out again. I tried to tell him I was trying to get out and he just screamed and screamed and started shooting again. At this point I could tell I was actually yelling out loud in my sleep because the words were very slurred and felt suffocated like dream talk sometimes gets. So that is about when I woke up. I wasn't jarred awake but I was pretty freaked out.
So anybody out there who thinks they know what this dreams means - enlighten me. Or if you just have a crazy idea of what it means based on nothing but your own hunch that's cool too.
Not much has been going on lately. We went horse back riding yesterday over at Eli's and this coming weekend we are going gay camping in West Virginia.
