Gymming!

Hi LJ, it's been quite a while!

The summer was marked by a break from the gym, and physiotherapy to sort out the knee. It's much better now, although still a bit funny. It's the right knee this time, and for a fairly obvious reason. Crunches when I squat - makes a sound but it doesn't hurt - PhysioDirect (I ♥ you guys!) said it's ok, and just keep doing the exercises, it should sort itself out eventually.

Back in mid-September I returned, slightly less eager, but determined none-the-less. I've been aiming to attend at least 2 classes a week (Freestyle Resistance and Core Stability) and gradually add more (we'll see how it goes). I also have a new Plan. I am definitely a cyclist, not a runner. But running is quite convenient - be it chasing a bus, or warming up for judo, or LARPing. So the Plan is to use the treadmill at least twice a week, starting at 10 min @ 8 km/h for the first week, and then adding 2.5 min each week, maybe even increasing the speed....

I've started two weeks ago, and today I've done 15 minutes @ 8 km/h, which distance wise is about 1.49 miles. I don't have the track of previous sessions as only now it occurred to me to bring something to note down the workout summary.
