Monday
Boxercise class - not for my taste - not cardio enough to keep me constantly busy and full of adrenaline, not slow enough to keep me happy - won't go again
10 min on the treadmill - maybe not quite because I've randomly hit the emergency stop button at about 8 minutes or so.
The full leggy set on muscle machines

Tuesday
Freestyle Pump class
10 min on the cross-trainer
Just leg press and leg extensions machines

Wednesday
Spin class
10 min on the treadmill
The full leggy set on muscle machines

Thursday
Core Stability class
15 minutes on the cross trainer - 5 on level 1, 5 on lever 2, 5 on level 3
Just leg press and leg extensions machines

Judo! I'm all sore and bruised today, but the cardio at the gym is paying off - I'm able to keep going for much much longer, and not get huffy puffy.

Friday
Circuit class

I was told what arm exercises are good for judo, so I didn't go on the treadmill, just did the arm exercises, and nearly full leggy set (I didn't do the one legged leg presses, because my knees were tired as it is)
