I've stopped keeping count, I mean who cares, really!
Tuesday
Class: Freestyle activity
Short CV: 10 min on the cross trainer, level 1
Muscle machines: I'm doing an upgrade on adductor and abductor machines. I'm doing now 2 x 15 @ 20kg and 1 x 15 @ 25kg. The leg press are got an update too: it's now 1 x 15 @ 10kg and 2 x 15 @ 20kg
Wednesday
Class: Spinning
Short CV: 10 min jogging at 7 km/h - and my knee didn't hurt afterwards!
Muscle machines: Just the short day of leg presses and one to strengthen just the quads.
Thursday
Class: Core Stability
Short CV: 10 min on the cross trainer, level 1
Muscle machines: The usual long leggy set
I'm skipping judo today, I still have some stuff to do with my job that's finishing tomorrow.
Friday
Class: Circuit
