Not-gym

Tuesday:
- 15 min bike sprint to get to an appointment on time, then coming back against the wind.
- 40 min bike ride out and about

Wednesday:
- a friend stayed over and slept in. I wanted to wait for him to leave and by the time he did, I didn't have enough of the time margin to go to the gym.
- I cycled all the way up Castle Hill, though!

due tomorrow:
- Core Stability class at 7am
- hopefully another bike ride out and about
- judo! :D

My knee is still being not quite right, but I think it accepted that it will get used more and is trying to adapt.
