Fire on Sheikh Zayed Road

In the morning today, as we were going to school, we spotted smoke billowing from the direction of the start of the Sheikh Zayed Road. We could see it from a distance of over 20 kilometers, so I guess it must've been pretty bad

I read about, or rather, saw pictures of, that fire on Yahoo! News and wondered if you knew anything about it...I guess so! :-P

Such traffic is a daily occurrence in much of the states. Feel relieved that it's not a daily thing, like it is for many.

That's a Christian precept, I forget where Jesus says it- heaven belongs to those who accept life as a child.

Yeah, that's true - on the other side of the highway, people get stuck in traffic for 2-3 hours at a stretch. But then they know they're going to meet traffic so they start out early to get to work on time.. this fire and roadblock were totally unexpected.

I think Jesus said it after some children came to him and the disciples tried to shoo them away (for lack of a better phrase).. true words!
