This huge ulcer-like thing is developing inside my mouth. On the inside of my bottom lip. It's so irritating. It hurts when I move my lip. It hurts even when I don't move it. It's massive and is scratching against my teeth on its own. Whenever my teeth accidentally slide underneath it, my nerves scream bloody murder... and I'm just suffering in silence! :(
So, ladies and gentlement, for the first time in eons, Danu has been shut up by an inflammatory lesion inside his buccal cavity [ulcer in the mouth].
I gave my Math Core 3 and Core 4 exam today. Core 3 was good, I'd even say it was excellent - but Core 4. LOL. It was unbelievably tough. And long. Not just seven questions; in fact, seven fucking huge questions. OK, so the first two weren't all that big. But the rest! I was so surprised at myself for not knowing so many things. I was thorough with the Core 4 textbook and had solved past exam papers with relative ease - this was such a slap in the face. My friend Neeraj described it to be like someone sticking a scissor up your rear and then opening it as wide as possible.
So let's see, I didn't find out the area under that one curve because I couldn't integrate the damn function; I'm pretty unsure about the differential equation; one of the sub-questions about vectors just slipped past me and the last question - that sonnet of mental torture, full of integration of trigonometric functions with respect to x and t and what not. All in all, I think I'm losing like 35 marks, possibly even more, out of a total of 75. This is the absolute worst I've done in Math in the past six years.
Oh, and it wasn't just me - each of the 151 students who wrote that exam felt similarly. Yet, we're so shameless, we were laughing and joking about how we're gonna fail this module of Math and to top it off, I went to have a snack at K M Tradings with my little gang.
The program about the Knights Templar was on today.. nothing very special. Just their history and their supposed end which was brought about by the King of France and his friend, the Pope. National Geographic Channel is out to embarrass the Church this week. I'm lovin' it.
