(no subject)
Today, was tiring.
1st: I woke up to Sassy jumping onto my bed; this is the best way to be woken up in my opinion =). She was probably just let inside. She usually gets let out by my parents when they go to work at about 6-7am. Not long afterwards my alarm clock starts buzzing, I hit the snooze and lay down w/sassy in the crook of my arm to get some more sleep. I ended up hitting the snooze on both of my clocks (b/c they need to work together to get me out of bed) about every 5min for at 1/2 hr. I felt bad about it, b/c Sassy wanted to lay with me, she was comfy & purring and I had to move her a bit everytime I had to hit the snooze until I decided to get up.
2nd: After getting up I had 15-20min to get ready & leave. I haven't been able to find my flashdrive which doesn't work w/my laptop so that didn't really matter. I had a hard time finding a floppy disk & found out after I did, that my laptop doesn't had a drive for floppies and the drive on the computer upstairs doesn't work. It shows up as being there in 'My Computer' but when you put the floppy in it, its like it doesn't realize that its in the drive. So I went to school w/o the computer assignment on a disk but I had a hard copy that had to be turned in too.
3rd: I have to remember to do my essay for my Intro to Cultural Anthropology class. He gave us the assignment about early-mid semester but I haven't started it and keep forgetting.
4th: I actually spoke to someone at school O.O!!! Usually I just go to class then sit & eat Doritos before going to the library to get on the computer until my next class. Occasionally I'll see a acquaintence/friend & say Hi when we pass eachother up in the hall or see eachother in the library. We speak more through facebook than face-to-face & its never an actual conversion. It was just some random guy. He is a highschool student I think... anyway he is taking classes for engineering at Kent (trumbull).
5th: All is well w/the project from this morning. The teacher said 1 day doesn't matter & to just give the hard copy and the 1 on disk or flashdrive to him on thursday. He is a great teacher and I feel bad about taking his kindness for granted. I haven't turned in 2 assignments b/c I'm having trouble w/my comp doing them. He doesn't mind, he has been very patient. A very laid-back guy, Dr. Dana Ormerod.
6th: When I got to my car to go home I found that my handle is still not working. It worked for about a week before it stopped again w/o anyone ever fixing it. I went around to the other side of the car to put my stuff on the passenger seat and open the driverside door. I found that my rearview mirror had fallen off while I was in class. This disoriented me very badly. I use my rearview mirror for everything. I have to sit so close to the steering wheel to push the peddles that I don't really have to use my sideview mirrors b/c I can see everything fine in my rearview. I had to drive home w/o using my rearview; not being able to use it & its absence which felt weird caused problems. I was so disoriented that all the way home I kept using the wrong turn signal, I've never had a problem w/that. Leaving the school I got to the light at the end of the drive & even though I looked at the light's color & my subconscious realized it was green, I was so bewildered that I stopped & waited for the light to go green again -_-' . I was a little embarrassed.
