a-HA, I had a feeling it was one of those Douglas Adams books. I had forgotten which one had that bit.

I'm a huge Bowie fan. I have every studio album (except for 1973's PinUps which I inexplicably haven't bought yet even though I've had $15 laying around at times which surely could've been used to get it by now) and some DVDs and movies and six concerts (including one Today Show) under my belt.
so you've friended a good LJer for Bowie-ness. ;)

what's your kitty look like?

She's part Himalayan and part Ragdoll. maybe more, but we don't know for sure. Shes long, and slinky like a ferret. Her fur is kinda long, very soft and silky, and her body is a light grey. her tail, ears and feet are a darker grey, but her face is mostly black with a very cute white stripe that goes from the tip of her to the top of her head where it just blends in with the rest of her body. :-)

I got her in the 9th grade, so she's about 6 years old, and *I just found out about 20 minutes ago* she just had babies!!!! She had two little baby kitties, both orange.

if my Topaz kitty wasn't fixed, i'd blame him. He was a kitty man-whore. :-)
