Buh Bye To (Most) Stress...
1. Happy Days!
2. A Little More Stress Followed by a Small Reprieve
1. Joy of Joy and happy days!! I went to the doctor yesterday and found out that I am NOT dilating/effacing/etc and everything seems perfectly fine and functional in baby land. Ergo, she should NOT be coming (too much) sooner than expected.
And, even better, I told my doctor about the spaz attack she had last Wednesday and he decided to check me with his "in house" ultrasound machine to see if she had turned. When his was being occupied by the other doctor in the office, my doc went out of the way to check for me anyhow. He opened up an office across the hall and waited for 5+ minutes with me for the machine to boot up.
And we found out.... SHE TURNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(I hope the exhausting exclamations prove just how happy I am...)
Little Amy is now HEAD DOWN!!! After four plus months of being utterly breech, she has now turned to head down and is ready to come into the wide world in a much more natural method than a C-Section (provided she doesn't turn again).
I could NOT be happier...
2. ... Minus, of course, the small mishap in school today regarding "Nightmare Student," who choked (wrapped his hands around the back of the neck and squeezed) another one of my students today because the other boy "wouldn't play ring around the rosie with me."
Which leads to the small reprieve - Said Nightmare Student is suspended tomorrow (again) so I won't have to deal with him for at least 24 hours.
That is all.
