The battle rages on. We started out on the roof. One of the Turok Hans showed up in Ashmore camp. One of the war strategy know how people decided it was best we fight from up there until Emily Anne and Stephen got back. I broke out the black stuff to keep it from coming after us through the school. Kinda funny how the dark stuff is more effective and takes out less from you. I kept the big uglies busy. Then when the dynamic duo came back to kick its ass we all took the fight to the street.
Another benefit of magic over a stake? Less goo. Well unless you turn them to goo with the magic. Effective if not gross. But alls fair in war right. I personally looked for Ashmore "mages", taught them a lesson about using make to rape peoples minds. Even if they had lived through that, I don't think they would have ever done that again. What? I could have done worse. I didn't torture them, too much.
I think we're actually thinning out the herd. We might actually make this.
