I reached out and got grabby with Tori and the Covens energy. I'm sure theres a proper etiquette or Hallmark card for such an occasion but I didn't really have time to ask. Tara and I were loosing strength and turns out there were three scary turoks ready to come out and eat you and all your friends is incentive enough to take now explain later.
Tori must have been tiring out too after a while cause she was was fading then all of a sudden she was throwing a bunch more energy in my direction. Course it was energy from two vamp. Next time I see her I may just have to ask if she actually has like normal human type friends. Not thats theres anything wrong with being a vampire. Its a valid lifestyle choice. I don't know who the one was, but I sure as heck know where the other came from. Angelus. For petes sake can that boy ever hang onto his soul? I know I felt him but I'm not sure if Tara did, and if she did, if it freaked her out. We sorta collapsed after we were able to drop the barrier and I haven't had much of a chance to talk to her since then with it all being like a war and stuff.
Stephen showed up as Dylan promised. He brought with him his and Connors dad Captain Holtz and Emily Anne. I can imagine there was not many happy campers about that one. For the brief seconds I saw her and from what Giles said she and her soul were getting along very well. Which you know is good, can cross ruining some vampire slayer mind for good off my list of crimes. The turoks and Emily Anne and Stephan are out in the woods playing hide and go seek. So we can all concentrate on fighting a war. Yay?
Okay, and cause I haven't stressed this enough. ANGELUS??? I called Wes to ask if he needed a pixie to bring me over there with the ensouling kit. He told me Angel still had his soul but he was just a little cranky. He asked me how I knew and I told him about the barrier spell and grabbing Toris energy and stuff. He found that very interesting. I told him I would keep him informed and stuff as long as the cells held up.
Angelus in my head is fun in a way thats not. Yeah I know its just cranky Angel, but seriously I've been way too upclose and personal with Angelus not to see how the same it all is. Though sharing his energy kinda made it make sense. We've been playing this all the wrong way. The hurt us we still follow the rules, how can we win if we aren't willing to get our hands dirty. It's time to stop playing nice. It's not like their mages are using the clean user friendly white magic, why should we?
