at therapy today ellen did this bell thing to me.
she hit this bowl with a stick and it made this cool vibrating sound
and she did another thing with a bell.
she rotated the stick around the bell and it was cool
and then i played with a rainstick
it was relaxing somewhat

today wasnt that bad

it smells good right now, food is being made.

natasha hates me,
