You get a sense of exhilaraton and excitement, when you read or watch something which you know is a true story, based on someone's life. Maybe you don't, maybe you do, but I know I feel those emotions. If you watch the close up from 2:12, Robles' hands were alright until the 8th hurdle, where he starts to let go of his palm and he literally GRABS at air, trying to slow Liu Xiang down.
