pancakes friend katie is a crossfit instructor so the morning of the wedding she asked if i wanted to get up early and do a crossfit workout. well, sure! i said. DO YOU KNOW WHAT A CROSSFIT IS, Y OR N???? its plyometrics type stuff, basically 1000 different variations of weighted squats. i could barely stand or walk after and here it is FIVE DAYS LATER and i still HUUUUUURTTTTT. i think its pretty safe to say this is the most sore ive ever been in my life. so while i was running in the 100 degree heat on tuesday i did some math and came to some conclusions:
• we did 280 squats
• i am retarded
• running in 100 degree heat 3 days after 280 squats GENIUS
• seriously whats wrong with me
i told katie she broke me and she just suggested i find a nice, strapping young man to give me a rub down. i told her that sounds like a great idea in theory but somehow always just ends up turning into another workout too.
