crashed out on floor in front of laptop,
woke-up, wandering around in the hallway, hallucinating..
crashed on floor again
woke-up at 2 something, got ready for bed
set alarm for 5am instead of 4
laid there wide awake
woke-up at 5, at behest of alarm; put off getting up
fell back asleep
it's 6am, I've lost 2 good hours of my morning
I feel like shit, and i'm tired
I WILL go to bed properly tonight, at 9pm, and get up and 4am
sleep schedule,
assessment,
failure,
if at first you don't succeed...
