To Bring People Up to Speed

Life has been hectic.

Last week was wonderful. Every day, sleep in until whatever felt good, get the house ready for the graduation party, and then go out and party at night. I think that says more than any large amounts of typing could do.

Thursday I graduated. I am not entirely sure what to make of that yet except that I have a full and pocket sized versions of my diploma. Yippee? I went a friend's house that night for her last party before she moved to Tennessee. That was a weird but wonderful night. I will miss Elisa though.

I went to Illinois over the weekend to my cousin's wedding. It was a nice wedding - a little on the small size, but then again a wedding with fewer than 400 people seems small to me. After making absolutely no attempt to do it, I caught the bouquet. I wanted the flowergirl to get it instead.

Today was my first day at work. I work in an agricultural lab weighing samples and being everyone's gopher. It is kind of boring, but you make really good money so it evens out in the end. Plus, never have to work on weekends or holidays.

I never get to see Tyler because he is always at band camp. He went to Atlanta over the weekend. Maybe we'll have some time this week yet. Anywho, I'll see him on Saturday at my party. I do have to admitt that I feel a little trapped right now. Tyler is the nicest person in the world and my family loves him. But his idea of a relationship is sleeping while I try to call him. I get a bit tired after awhile. I have tried to keep control of myself, but at those graduation parties it is so easy to get carried away. I haven't cheated on him, but I have come close. I don't like this side of me.

I am very tired and I don't want to spend the summer sleeping. Any ideas on how to wean yourself to, oh say, 5 or 6 hours of sleep?
