Let it rain on me
It's a glorious day in Melbourne - after a run of warm days, it's soflty and continuously raining. The smell of wet sage is drifting in, mixed with earth and bruised eucalypt. All the doors and windows are open and I've already been out to sit in the rain twice this morning.
The naughty dog is curled up on the couch, getting her first good sleep after the heat. I'm contemplating all the things I should be doing today ... but really, it's too lovely just sitting here and watching the rain fall.
