The ficathon went so well last year, and produced so much fabulous fic, I just had to give it another go. So, here we are!

Query - are fics allowed to have the Doctor and such so long as the Minor Character is the main focus? Only I had a story in mind ages ago for Silurians in Victorian London as part of a various Doctors historical set of DW Stories, and now AGMGTW has literially dropped that very prospect into my lap with Madam Vastra and I fancy trying to write something for her and how she met the Doctor (Nine to be precise).

Yep, absolutely! The Doctor and any other major canon characters may be present, along with the minor or original characters. The main requirement is that the focus has to be on the minor character(s) but any other characters can be happening as well, and you can focus on them, too, if you can multi-task!
