"Despair could ravage you..."
Well, it's been awhile since I've updated and Kristin has now yelled at me. Since I have nothing to do right now and I've already painted my toe nails and my fingernails (which I NEVER do) and COPS doesn't start for another 40 minutes I decided I could make time for an update.
Let's see... What is new in my life? I'm on spring break right now and I haven't done a single fun thing. I got home Friday night and I went straight to watch my sisters, Cara and Steph, dance in Soul Axis, wow, they did awesome! I got to see a lot of old dance friends, so that was good. Jake and Christy and their kids Jackson and Abigail came to the show too and then they came to our house. It was so great to catch up with them. I also found out that Jake has used me as an example in some of his talks at his new church, I was very flattered. I LOVE THOSE GUYS!!! Then some of the Modern Company came to my house and it was fun to chat with them a little bit. Saturday I got up early to go to Mariah's dance competition. She did a duet with one of her friends and she did a dance with her kickline. Neither thing placed in the top three, but I was way proud of her for doing that duet, I would NEVER! And I thought her kickline team did well, but they were competing with girls who are a lot older, so it wasn't really fair. After her show I met Kari at Caribou and we went to the Soul Axis show. I sat by Kerri and Kari so that was fun. Then Kerri came over quick to show me some pictures of her boyfriend, that was fun. Steph and I went to Cub to get our favorite ice cream PHISH FOOD! Then we just ate it and watched TV. On Sunday I got up and went to church and then went to two of Steph's softball games, the new dome is really cool. She did well, but hurt her finger... Hmmm... Sunday night I think I just chilled at home, I can't remember what I did. Oh wait, I remember, I watched Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and Iron Chef America and talked to Josh on the phone for a bit. On Monday I went to the eye doctor and picked out new glasses, YAY! They are way cool, I'm excited. Then I got a couple pairs of jeans from Kohls. Then I came home and waited for Josh to call me cause we were supposed to do something. Did he ever call? NO! So I went into work 2 hours early. When I came home I watched American Idol (my mom taped it for me), The Inferno: Good Guys vs. Bad Asses and lots of Court TV. Tuesday I got up and went to work for like 4 hours, I just stocked new cosmetic stuff, it went really fast. I came home, ate, watched American Idol and Real World and pretty much went to bed. Today again, I have done nothing, my life is extremely boring!!! I hope to do something tonight though...
What else it new? I just started taking a new medication for my acne and they put me on Amoxicillin, which is really strange because that is a strep throat medicine. But it means that I have no chance of getting strep or mono, so that is nice. We'll see how it works. I can't think of anything else...
