Wanna do a bit of a round-up?
It's been Doctor Who (and BBC/fandom) day on my laptop for the last few hours! And I really wanted to share just a few of my finds with you all!
First up, (and most exciting) is the Google Earth easter egg that lets you walk around the TARDIS console! And it's funny that they've used the police box on Earl's Court Rd (because, as we all know from The Bells of Saint John, Earl's Court was an embarrassment).
Then, how about some Doctor Who on NPR where Celeste Headlee calls the Doctor "an utterly millennial hero". You can listen to the actual peice in your browser, and read the transcript. I personally downloaded the clip, intending to just post it for you guys but, alas, LJ doesn't support sound bites. If you browse around NPR, you'll actually come across a few different word-only DW articles.
And finally, though it isn't strictly DW, how about an interview with David Tennant about Broadchurch? Keep your ears (or eyes, if you only read the transcript -- which I really don't recommend!) peeled for some soundbites from our favorite British show.
