It's Still Here

I read this about ten years ago - and printed it out! But my copy wasn't where I thought it was and instead of searching through my chest of old DW articles, etc., I just thought I'd see if I could just reprint it. I was a little worried it might not be available anymore, considering so much of the old stuff has disappeared. :( Well, it's still available and I thought I'd share this with anyone who hasn't read it. It's an amazing and VERY comprehensive primer on the Time Lords and Gallifrey.

If you have a few spare weeks, I'd suggest reading this. Absolutely fascinating!
