21. The Empty Child\ The Doctor Dances
Doctor: 9th (Christopher Eccleston)

Synopsis:
Following a spaceship down the time vortex The Doctor and Rose find themselves in the London Blitz. In the midst of the bombing they encounter a mysterious child who may just rip the whole world apart to find his mummy.
Why is it so well loved?
1. It is terrifying. Really, really, really terrifying!
2. Coming off from 14 years of sitcom work, he mixes the horror with a brilliant series of one-liners.
3. Everybody lives! Just this once everybody lives!
