Here, as promised, are some recs to celebrate the wonderful Seventh Doctor and his era (completing my set of recs for some of the Doctors who are rarer in fanworks than others

Oh, excellent! I've been looking forward to this. I've read a scary number of these already (as you might expect given my predilections), but there are quite a few here I need to go and check out now. Thanks for the recs (and the recs!) and for posting them here on the comm, and for generally taking part in the 51st anniversary-a-thon. :)
A couple of recs from me to supplement the above list:
A Matter of Timing by Forge - All Ages, Ace McShane, The Doctor (7th), Word Count: 13000 - Crossover with Firefly. The wreck of a luxury liner is boarded, and Ace is kidnapped. Months later, the crew of the Serenity is caught up in the Doctor’s latest scheme. What experiments are being performed on Icarus? What's in the Box stolen from the Doctor's quarters? It's all a matter of timing, but events are slipping away from him. As tensions between the Doctor and Captain Reynolds mount, Ace’s time is running out. One of the first stories I read on Teaspoon, way back when, and very good.
Thank you! And thanks for your additional recs! I kept having to leave things off this one because it had already got so long - it was very painful, so yay for putting more nice things in the comments for people to find. :-)
(Also, I'm amused at your descriptions, because I had to work so hard at not ending up reccing everything as "so very Seven and Ace" as if that's all a person needs to say. But maybe it is... ♥)
I'm the same - there may not be as much Seven fic out there as there is for certain other Doctors, but I tend to love pretty much all of the Seven fic I read, quite possibly because it's about Seven. ;) And indeed, the "Seven and Ace being Seven and Ace" aspect is one of the main attractions as far as I'm concerned.
Hurray for all of this! As with your other lists this will be the the source od much happy reading and re-reading. Adding on the recs, I see that you have one story up from Nemo the Everbeing, but not my favourite whixh is Lost Luggage and Lost Souls http://www.whofic.com/viewstory.php?sid=7629
Thanks! I'm pretty sure I have that on my to-read list, because it's quite long & I didn't find it back in the days when I had concentration. But I'll believe you! The other one by Nemo is amazing.
