Donald Fizz Ice Cream Recipe
Donald Fizz (ドナルド・ソルト, Donarudo-Saruto, lit. "Donald Salt") A fizzy ice cream that bears a charming resemblance to Donald. Ghost Drive Command Style.
8 Crystal Soda
13 Mermaid Salt
15 Fizzy Tizzy
8 Sky Blue Mousse
I seem to have bad luck with lemon-flavored ice cream; I had to make this recipe twice as well, though not for the same reasons. I figured that Fizzy Tizzy, originally Rocket Lemonade, would be lemonade concentrate, so I mixed the lemonade concentrate with the seltzer but also added water. This resulted in double the yield, but it was more like a popsicle due to the water. The second time, I just mixed the lemonade concentrate with the seltzer and it worked like a charm. I didn't want this recipe to be too similar to sea-salt ice cream, so I added the sea salt to the vanilla shell instead. It tasted pretty good!
Just so you're all aware, I probably won't post another recipe for another two weekends because I'll be home for Fall Break and the Internet at my house sucks.
Ingredients for sparkling lemonade ice cream:
1-1/2 c sweetened condensed milk
1 L seltzer
1 can lemonade concentrate
Mix seltzer and lemonade concentrate well. Combine with sweetened condensed milk in a bowl and beat until smooth. Quickly pour the mixture into a 9X5 3-inch pan. Place pan in freezer and freeze until firm. Break the frozen mixture into chunks. In a bowl, beat until smooth. Return mixture to pan and freeze until firm. Makes 1 quart.
Top ice cream with vanilla syrup dyed blue and sea salt.
