( Extremely long, encompassing many issues, health and the use of the word 'no' - not angry, just tired... take me with grain of salt on the tone, but understand I am in monstrous amounts of physical pain, and I have to stop and say 'uncle' for a bit, and that means I need to say 'no' on a few issues. )

Been trying to be a better, and more pro-active friend. Called several friends tonight to check in on them, see how they were doing and what-not.
