Ten Years
I started my LiveJournal blog 10 years ago today. So much writing, so much time. Has it been worth it? Absolutely! I know there were other things I should have been doing this past decade, but if I couldn't do those, LJ's been a fun and largely productive way to while away the years. It's exposed me to a lot of new knowledge and ideas, and more importantly, I've made many wonderful friends here - people I would otherwise have never been able to meet.
Will I be here 10 years from now? (Will any of us?) Well, if I'm still alive and still have my wits about me, I don't see why not. There's still a lot to learn and a lot more friends to make, and this is the best place I've found so far to do both. :)
