It's weirding me out a bit. Just a month after my visit, the city has a 100 year flood and the cities pumping stations couldn't accommodate. Sure it could just be coincidence but I've been following the news on it for the last two weeks. Especially in this article with the use of the phrase "to fix what’s broken."
